Manufacturers and retailers, enough gentle hints: whack your own ad in here: pictures, website links, whatever. It'll be extremely good for your Google rankings, as well as educating your potential customers (what if I wanted a Cookie helmet but couldn't remember the web address?). And it'll help make the website cool. Send me a PM if you need a hand.

Don't forget - Susie Mc Lachlan (nee Mc Evoy) at Toogoolawah for Javelin

- Koppel Solomon (usually) at Toogoolawah for Wings and various canopies and accessories

- Steve and Stacey Edwards at Byron Bay for all things Vector and agents for RMW

- Adrian Lloyd usually at Picton for all manner of second hand gear

- Richard Wilkinson (when in Oz) at Byron Bay for Javelin

- The legendary Al White (I'm biased) at Toogoolawah for Air Suits jumpsuits (I own 4 or 5)

- Little Linny (when in Oz) usually at Toogoolawah for PiTTz skydiving attire

- Me, if you are interested in handing over cash or beer for some overused, outdated gear
that has been jumped into water too many times beer_mug.gif especially an underused
Sony TRV 22E video cam and Bonehead Optic that came off worse than me in a particular
fight with a willy - willy (minus priceless footage of course!)

- Douglas Mickle of NSW for all jumpsuits of the SpiRit brand (from memory he jumps at
Gloucester or Warnervale, but he has premises in downtown Ultimo, Sydney.

Blue Ones,
Corey

p.s. I now expect a decent discount for the plugs I just gave you guys (but a beer or two will do!)

This seems like the place to make this post. I imagine the forum does not like distributors selling gear on the pages, so while looking for rules about this I found his page and figure it goes here.
So I would like to introduce myself and tell you guys about something I have done that will help new people out who are looking to buy gear.

KKrew Skydiving is a new company in Australia, with ABN number etc. We started up www.KarnageKrew.com in the UK about four years ago and we have made a big impact over there. We sell gear and give you instant email replies, I mean within the hour anytime of the day or night. We DO NOT match quotes from other dealers, we DO NOT beat quotes. We simply offer you OUR BEST price possible the first time, all the time. G.S.T. is something we all have to live with, the only people who can buy from me without GST are those that are paying from outside of the country and are picking up outside of the country.

Our prices are damn good though, we like to make sure we are priced in the same region as Gravity gear, Chutingstar and other popular USA gear stores. We are not out to steal customers from dropzones with gear stores, we just give those that contact us the best price we can the first time without devaluing the products and without predator pricing.

Now we have a dz store on the Hope Estate with Just Jump Skydive during the weekends and from my other business residence in sydney during the week days.

Here is what we have come up with that we will believe will change the way you guys buy gear.

We already started a promotion offering a free deepseed suit with each rig purchased and noticed another distributor had to them offer the same thing, we are not getting involved in a pricing war, we are not goign to break any dealer agreements either.

So if you are a new jumper and you want to buy a second hand rig, then it seems most people are going to pay around the $6000 AUD mark plus.
You then spend a whopping $40 on every jump for gear rental. 100 jumps makes that $4000, that is scary.

So what we are doing is if you buy a full rig off us, on of our top shelf rigs such as a Micron, Safire 2 or Pilot ZPX, PD Reserve and Cypres 2 for lets say $8500 AUD incl GST, Assembly, all options, shipping etc...
Then it is going to take 22 weeks to build that rig at the moment. Before the economy crashed it would of taken around 23 weeks to build, then it went down to 9 weeks and now back up there to 22 weeks.

So, you cant afford $8500 AUD for a first rig right?, But maybe you can, especially if you spend a few grand on demo gear while looking for a rig or waiing for a cheaper one to be built.
You see, we give you 20+ weeks to pay the rig off in full.
You place the order, you pay a negotiable deposit, we order the custom made gear, you then have until it is ready to be paid off and if you have proven your trustworthy over that time, we might give you longer if it is needed.

Heres the big thing though....

While you are waiting for your gear to be built and you are paying it off, if you are a newbie skydiver, you have to then hire gear rental... WRONG!!!
We will straight away send you out your Reserve and your cypres you have ordered.
We also send you out a BRAND new Vector 3 that will never be older than 12 months old along with a Pilot, Safire or Pilot ZPX canopy that is brand new and never older than 12 months to use with your Reserve and cypres we sent you, at no extra cost. You get to borrow that gear for a minimum of three months while you wait for your container and canopy to be built.

This way you can buy a rig made for a 170 as your instructor says to you that this is the optimum size for you to get to, so you buy the 170 meaning that the rig can downzise getting financial viable pricing and we can loan you a rig with a 190 in it for you to borrow for at least three months with no extra cost, except assembly of the rig.

So you buy a rig, you get 20+ weeks to pay it off, you then get a rig to borrow while you wait for the other rig to be paid off. This way you can use a rig to get the jump numbers up in preperation to jump that brand new rig, or you can buy the same size, whatever, it takes away Needing to buy a second hand rig and having to pay for gear hire.

Also, we ar enot charging you a higer price using this service as we think this service is FREE, we have no raised our prices to do this or anything, we just thought it was a good investment for us as we would be helping you guys out, you would be buying from us and everyone gets the best of the worlds. Win win right?

We have been Aerodynes 5th largest distributor on the planet for the past few years, as well as one of the largest for another canopy manufacturer and we are surely UPT's largest sports distributor in Europe and probably Australia. We ar enot new at this industry, as an example, we have sol over 80 brand new rigs in the past 10 months.
Our website is full of guest feedback from customers who have taken the time to write their entire honest experience.

Up until now we decided not to sell in Australia, but when we had a jumper phone us and say they were quotes $10,500 AUD plus GST and shipping for a rig we sell at never anymore than $9000 AUD on a bad economy day, that si when we realised holy shit you jumpers need some good prices, so we started a company up in Australia, I live in Sydney, we have a fully stocked gear store in Hunter Valley at just jump and we are opening a dz store in the UK and NZ up in the next few months, we have sub dealers at some popular dzs in Queenstown now and we are here to give you jumpers what you want.

Please rember one thing, dont bring me prices from other distributors and ask me to match it as I will not serve you and once i have seen that price i will be going against my ethics and it would seem like i have BEATEN their quote, so I just will not quote. Come to me and say , I have this much to spend, what could you do for me to get me into a nice rig thinking of the rig so it is financially viable with a good reslae value.

Payment plans, free brand new rig hire and USA gear pricing. GST, all prices include all options etc, no rubbish add on costs and no shitting on other dealers. There are a few dealers in Australia that we will rather phone up ourselves and tell them that one of their dz jumpers have come to us, we offered them this and I think you should offer them the same so they can keep their customer. We are not here to play this bullshit beat my price game. We just want to worry about ourselves and you the customer.

I am sorry for the long post but i really wanted you guys to have something to get to know me a bit and what we are about and i dont believe saying 'hey check this site out' does it justice. I just want you guys fully informed as I believe what we are offering is something you should know about and also it is something we have spent four years getting to the point where e can turn around and change the way you guys buy gear. I hope it helps.

On a side note, I support and run the gear sore on a very popular european website similar to this one and I understand these things have big overheads so each person that buys from us and tells us there username, we will then donate a publicly undisclossed amount to the administrator towards their forum costs as these community forums for our sport do so much good that not many people actually think about. The reason the amount is undisclossed is because I know someone just read every word of this post and so far has shown me they love to offer the same monthly special as myself. So hey, if they offer more than me, then thats hillarious and the forum can thank me later. lol
Those distributors I have contacted, if you have a usual customer who ends up coming to me for the free demo rig, then Im sure I will have no problem me and you sorting something out so they can buy through you and still use my gear for free. I have no desire to hurt anyones business by taking their customers away. Dealers are important to have on dropzones with gear stores and rubberbands etc, Im just offering a service i think coul be useful here and have spent $100,000 on getting it set up for this.

We will also be having some demo wingsuits at our DZ available to be used by anyone and the customer will then be turned to Greg and Elaine Cox for the sale as we will not be selling them, just helping you guys try them out.

Stacks of demo rigs, demo cookie helmets, demo LandB products, demo cypres units, demo canopies, demo deepseed suits, demo wingsuits, demo GoProHD cameras, hundreds of clohing item in our store and multiple sock for all our demo products for you to purchase.
We try to stick exclusive with a manufacturer from each component and we have alot of support from manufacturers.
We are also looking for you guys who make jewellery and clothing and dvd's here in Australia so we can stock your gear and sell Aussie made, rather than importing it form the USA and Europe.

We also fully sponsor Scott Palmer from wind tunnel fame and freeflyin fame who is on a MTV tv show produced by Jackass Johnny knoxville and Travis Pastrana, whom we will be flying to Just Jump Skydive on many occassions for invitational coaching for different levels and will shortly have Luigi Cani here doing canopy courses.

Any distributors out there who are concerned by this post and a new business in the country who has a large worldwide volume of sales to support them, in other words, we are not going anywhere anytime soon, I welcome you to send us an email and we can have a chat about how we can respect each others business and not be out to hurt each other. I had emailed a certain distributor offering that I would never sell to one his jumpers in his area and we could chat every now and then, for them to straight away copy our never before seen offer and that way i felt they were letting us know they want to play games. Beating prices on PD gear, Icarus gear, Cypres gear and selling below minimum policy agreements set by manufacturers and advertising such bullshit is not tollerated by the manufacturers and we will happily let them deal with that rather than devaluing their product and playing 'whose a little bitch games' We are here to help newbies get into affordable ear and save on gear hire. All instructors and DZO's are welcome to our sub dealer prices as we believe if they train the student and they find the student a rig then they could always do with a bit more cash in their paychecks and we like to support those people who keep the sport growing. Many of you have already contacted me. The Catelogue will be available next week.
Any DZ's holding a special weekend, et in touch as we will happily send you out our fleet of new demo rigs to be used at no cost for your events and there is no marketing or branding to com with the rigs, they are all clean rigs with no hidden catches, just another service we believe helps the new guys in the sport.
GoPro HD tandem master gloves are also available in two weeks.

Sorry for spelling mistakes and sorry for long post, just most of you guys have said shit loads over the years and people have gotten to know you so I thought I would say it all in one single post as I believe we have alot of good to offer.
